Strategy Consulting Group

Everyone in this industry sells you limits. We grow against them.

We run the marketing, the sales floor, and the brand. So you can run the shop.

There's no slow season around here.

Slow season isn't on the calendar.
It's a choice.

Why we exist

Most shops are not slow because of the economy.

They are slow because the site has not been touched since 2021, the ads point at it anyway, and the phone rings out on the sales floor. The economy gets the blame because the real reasons are harder to hear.

We built Grow Against Limits to fix the real reasons. The marketing that brings the calls. The coaching that closes them. The brand that earns trust before the phone rings.

Positioned on purpose

Most of this industry settles for good enough.

Most agencies recycle the same campaigns. Most coaches hand out the same scripts. Most designers ship the same logo with a different name on it. None of it is malicious. It is just easier to sell than it is to make something that works. So we drew a line.

What usually gets sold

  • Ads pointed at a page nobody has updated in years
  • A phone script read off a card
  • A logo that looks like the shop down the road
  • One generalist stretched across all three

What we build instead

  • Ads and a landing page built as one decision
  • Coaching on your real calls, not a template
  • A brand system that holds up everywhere it shows up
  • Three specialists who each do one thing all day
What it actually does

Every owner asks the same three questions.

Revenue

"Will this actually make me money?"

More of the right calls, and more of them closing. We work the demand and the close rate at once. One without the other just loses money faster.

Time

"Will this give me my time back?"

You stop being the marketing department, the sales trainer, and the art director. Each job goes to the person who does only that.

Team

"Will my team be better for it?"

Your sales team learns to close. Your brand gives them something they are proud to sell. The systems stay after we leave.

What we do

Three disciplines. Pick one and see the real scope.

Craft without results is just expensive. Results without craft is just loud. We refuse to ship either one alone, so the three of us each own one piece and hold it to the same bar.

Discipline 01

Performance Marketing

Midnight Drive · Max

The demand side. We get the right people to your shop and send them to a page built to turn them into a phone call, not a bounce.

What changesMore qualified calls from people ready to buy.
In scope
  • Google Ads built and managed around your services and your city
  • A landing page built to convert, owned by the same person running the ads
  • Every decision made on conversion data, so we never tell you to spend more when spend is not the problem
  • One shop per city. We only work with one shop in your market.
  • Plain reporting on cost per lead and what is working
Discipline 02

Sales Coaching

Restyle Revenue · Marissa

The close side. The leads are arriving. We work with your sales team until more of them turn into booked, deposited jobs.

What changesA close rate that climbs and holds, on leads you already pay for.
In scope
  • Coaching your salespeople on their real calls, not a generic script
  • Built for shops with a dedicated sales team, from one closer to eight
  • A speed-to-lead process so no lead waits more than five minutes
  • Quoting and follow-up that stops deals from going cold
  • The close rate tracked per rep, so you can see the work in the numbers
Discipline 03

Brand Design

Stratagem · Kari

The trust side. A brand system that makes a stranger believe in your shop before they ever pick up the phone. Define, design, deploy.

What changesA shop that looks like the best in town, on every surface a customer sees.
In scope
  • Logo and full brand system, not a single file and a handshake
  • Built to read on a wrapped truck at sixty and a phone at 9pm
  • Colors, type, and rules your team can use without you in the room
  • Apparel, signage, and social templates that stay consistent
  • A system that holds up as you add bays, trucks, and locations
The three brands

Pick a fight with your slow season. Pick a brand.

You hire the brand. You get the bench. Behind whichever name you call are two more specialists who already know your shop.

How we work

Start with one. Add the others when it makes sense.

01

Start with the bottleneck

Most shops have one thing costing the most money. We fix that first, instead of selling you all three on day one.

02

We work by application

We do not take every shop. If we are not the ones who can move yours, we say so on the first call and point you to someone who can.

03

You work with the founder

Not an account manager. The person whose name is on the door does the work and answers the email.

04

We tell you the number

If it costs fifteen thousand dollars, we say fifteen thousand dollars. Prices are prices. You will never get a quote written to confuse you.

Straight answers

We will tell you what most agencies will not.

01With most shops it is not a lead problem. It is a closing problem.
02Answer in five minutes, or someone else will.
03A bigger budget will not fix a bad close rate.
04A logo alone is not a brand.
Who we are

Three founders. Three disciplines. One standard.

Max

Midnight Drive

Performance marketing. Direct, opinion-forward, and unwilling to run an ad at a page he did not build. Marketing is all he does.

Marissa

Restyle Revenue

Sales coaching. The loudest of the three. Works real calls with your sales team until the close rate moves and holds.

Kari

Stratagem

Brand design. The most controlled of the three. Builds a whole identity in fewer moves than seem possible. Restraint is the feature.
